WHAT CLIENTS SAY

I grew up in Hungary around my grandmother (who was 43 years old when I was born) and always very sick. She just received a kidney transplant that changed our entire family’s life.

From an early age, I watched her research anything and everything about health and wellness, be very strict with her diet and water consumption to survive and get involved in mindfulness meditation and physical exercise.

This lifestyle somehow unconsciously grew on me - the belief that I need to do everything I can to become the healthiest version of myself and continue to constantly grow.

However, I hated everything about physical exercise until I was 17 years old, when I moved to the US as a first generation immigrant trying to assimilate.

It was then that getting strong became my priority. Not only physically but mentally strong.

Why I truly fell in love with fitness is its fairness. The more you put in, the more you get out. No shortcuts, no privilege, no cheating.

At the time of my life I felt stuck, I was undocumented, not allowed to work, I did not have any family support and it was very hard to make ends meet.

However, when I was in the gym, I felt in control. I was able to control how strong I would get for the future, and I knew that no privilege would ever make up for the years of work I put into this work.

After years of becoming an athlete, a trainer and continuing my graduate level studies, I could not ignore how little support women get when it comes to their health.

Society tells women to be petite, vulnerable and dependent. And often encourages us to train for appearance not for function and independence.

Instead, I see a world where women are strong, empowered, and understand how to elevate their wellbeing with the most powerful tools at their fingertips - strength training and the right nutrition.

I’m here to show you the way to feeling like your healthiest self, balancing your hormones, and building strength and stamina so that you’re equipped to live your best life.
