Learn to do Pull-Ups in 8-weeks in a hybrid semi-private setting
Welcome to the 8-Week Semi-Private Pull-Up Program
Whether you're chasing your first unassisted pull-up or looking to build serious upper-body strength, this program is your launchpad. Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll train in a small-group setting that gives you the structure of a proven plan with the energy, support, and accountability of a tight-knit crew.
Pull-ups are more than just a flex (though, let’s be real—they look awesome). They’re a sign of true strength, body control, and progress. This program is designed to meet you where you're at, build your pulling power from the ground up, and leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident every week.

Details of the 8-week program:
- Small and intimate group (3-4 people) so you will receive the same benefits as in a private session
- Group meets once a week on Saturday at 10am for in-person session
- Location: Solace NYC (32nd and Park)
- Participants receive an additional 2 workouts/ week to complete on their own, which is part of their program
- Homework workouts are programmed in my App and each exercise is provided with a video and detailed explanation
- Optional feedback and correction of your form on videos from your homework
Program runs from May 10th to June 28th
