The meal template is based on your lifestyle. It is providing a structure for your day of meals and snacks. The goal here is to establish a routine that works for you while also meeting your macro targets and follows your specific dietary preferences, so that you can take the guesswork out of tracking.

NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION ON BALANCING HORMONES AND INDIVIDUAL NEEDS + RESOURCES
You will learn to track your macros with and without an app, plus additional resources designed to help you with tracking, eating out, navigating social situations and travel, and meal prep so that you feel prepared for all situations that may come your way.

  • Stop restricting and binging. Creating a healthy relationship with food so you can eat some of what you enjoy and some of what your body needs while losing body fat and decreasing inflammation.

  • Stop working harder in the gym to burn calories. You should go to the gym to build muscles and get stronger, not to burn energy.
