Yes! I specialize in working with women to get them stronger and build a lifestyle that they can lead by feeling resilient. I meet you wherever you are and build up from there. There is absolutely no experience required, just the desire to feel amazing.
Depending on your goals. I am here to educate women that simply going to the gym or following a diet will not show you what your body is capable of. However, for some women with certain goals, the missing puzzle piece can be to receive either correct nutritional guidance or learning how to lift heavier/ move better. In this case, working with me focusing on one aspect of your health can bring amazing changes.
First and foremost, my time is limited and instead of trying to rack clients back to back like a lot of trainers, I want to make sure that I can provide you with my attention, and the care you need. It is not a DIY Program that you will be following on your own, but instead a Program where you are able to ask questions when they arise, and receive support through every step of the way.
