Train 1-on-1, in-person with Fanni in Manhattan, NYC on Stamford, CT. This strength coaching offer is uniquely tailored to your goals and needs by following a 12-week periodized program built by Fanni.

12- Weeks  1-on-1 Strength Training ( In-Person or Virtual)

Includes:

  • Intro Call to set up goals, history, lifestyle, obstacles, etc. 

  • 2 times/ week - 24 sessions = $4100 (170/ session)

  • 3 times/ week - 36 session = $5760 ($160/session)

  • Single Session: $225

  • Understanding what they are going through and how it is impacting their current health as well as what risks they are taking by their current lifestyle and behaviors 

  • How to turn around their health risks and the lifestyle they have been living in the past 20-30-40 years

  • Changing the shape of an old grandmother to look like a healthy women again by losing the excess body fat she started gaining heading into menopause

  • Increasing muscle mass and strength which is the most important thing for bone density problems (osteoporosis), hormonal balances, appetite, sleep, etc. 

  • As a certified sleep and recovery coach finding ways to help her sleep better again, that will not only help her body recover but feel more like herself again

  • Providing her with knowledge of how to understand her body to live better and longer
