This is a hands on in-person small group program where you will learn about how to strength train that brings you the best results, how to pick exercise variations and modifications that actually help you progress, how to avoid injuries for the long run and what is the quickest way to get in the best shape of your life.

The group (of 4) will meet 2x/ week and optional at- home workouts
Cost: $75/ session ($1200 - for 16 sessions)
