Sunday Strength and Conditioning

Join us for a powerful workout series designed to inspire, empower, and build community among women. Each class is a chance to focus on developing strength—both physical and mental—while leaving the stress of the week behind.

What started as a way to bring women together to support, uplift, and motivate one another has grown into a movement of strength. Our goal? To make strength-building a consistent habit, because true power is forged over time.

This fun, full-body workout class is all about lifting heavy, pushing limits, and having a blast while we do it. Expect a killer playlist, a fierce community of women cheering you on, and a whole lot of sweat as we build muscle and confidence together.

Make sure to secure your spot by signing up in advance.


And please arrive 5 minutes early so we can get started right on time!
